襞褺（上必益反下徒叶反字書云襞掠重褺衣裳也並從衣辟執聲律文下作𢮕音葉謂𢮕度物也非襞褺義也）。

襞褺 (Pleated and folded garments: for the first character, fanqie 必益 [bì]; for the second character, fanqie 徒叶 [dié]. The character book says: '襞掠 means heavily folded clothing.' Both are formed from 衣 [clothing] with 辟 and 執 phonetic. In the vinaya text the second character is written as 𢮕, pronounced 葉, which refers to measuring things; it does not have the meaning of 襞褺.)
