【舍多提婆魔㝹舍喃】此云天人教師。《大論》云：「佛示導，是應作、是不應作，是善、是不善，是人隨教行。」又云：「度餘道眾生者少，度天人眾生者多。」

*Śāstā devamanuṣyāṇām*: translated here as 'Teacher of Gods and Humans' (天人教師). The Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa says: 'The Buddha instructs and guides: this should be done, this should not be done; this is good, this is not good; and people practice according to his teaching.' It also says: 'Few beings in the other destinies are delivered; many beings among gods and humans are delivered.'
