【邠（彼貧）𢗝（直尼切）】正云阿那他擯荼陀揭利呵跛底。阿那他，云無依，亦名孤獨。擯荼陀，此云團施。好施孤獨，因以為名。

[Pinni]: Correctly anāthapiṇḍada-gṛhapati. Anātha means "without reliance," also called "solitary." Piṇḍada translates as "giving portions of food." Because he was fond of giving to the solitary, he took this as his name.
