【兜率陀】此云妙足。新云覩史陀，此云知足。《西域記》云：「覩史多，舊曰兜率陀、兜術陀，訛也。於五欲知止足故。」《佛地論》名憙足，謂後身菩薩，於中教化，多修憙足故。

【Tuṣita】 Here translated as 'Wondrous Contentment' (Miaozu). Newly rendered as Tuṣita, meaning 'Knowing Contentment' (Zhizu). The *Xīyù jì* says: "Tuṣita, formerly called Doushuotuo or Doushutuo, is corrupt. It is because they know how to be content regarding the five desires." The *Buddhabhūmi-śāstra* calls it 'Joyous Contentment' (Xizu), meaning that bodhisattvas in their final rebirth teach and transform within it, mostly cultivating joyous contentment.
