【惡祁尼】或名些（蘇計）吉利多耶尼，此云火神。《書》云：「燥萬物者，莫熯乎火。然蘊木中，古者不知。至燧人氏，鑽木作火，以教天下變生為熟。」

[Agni] Or named *śakṛtāyane*, which translates as the Fire God. The *Classic of History* says: 'Nothing dries the myriad things more parching than fire. Yet it was stored within wood, which ancients did not know, until the Fire Maker drilled wood to make fire, instructing the world to transform the raw into the cooked.'
