【羯布羅】此云龍腦香。羯，或作劫。《三藏傳》云：「松身異葉，華果亦殊。初采，木濕未有香，乾則順理析之，中有香，狀如雲母，白如氷雪。」

[Karpūra]: Translated here as camphor (dragon-brain incense). Jie is sometimes written as jie (kalpa). The Biography of the Tripiṭaka Master says: "The trunk is like a pine, but the leaves are different, and the flowers and fruits are also distinctive. When first gathered, the wood is moist and has no fragrance; when dry, if it is split along the grain, inside there is incense shaped like mica, white like ice and snow."
