【頗梨】或云塞頗胝迦，此云水玉，即蒼玉也；或云水精，又云白珠。《刊正記》云：「正名窣坡致迦，其狀似此方水精，然有赤有白。」《大論》云：「譬如過千歲氷，化為頗梨。」

[Sphaṭika] Or said to be sepochijia; here translated as water jade, that is, azure jade; or called crystal, also called white pearl. The Kanzheng ji states: 'The correct name is supocizhījiā; its appearance resembles the crystal of this land, yet it has red and white varieties.' The Da zhidu lun states: 'Just as ice that has passed a thousand years transforms into sphaṭika.'
