【拘蘇摩捕羅城】《西域記》云：「唐言香華宮城。」穀梁曰：「城以保民為之。」《華嚴》寶眼城天告善財言：「應守護心城，離生死故。」

[Kusumapura City] The *Xiyu ji* says: “In the language of the Tang it is called City of the Fragrant Flower Palace.” Guliang says: “A city is built to protect the people.” In the *Avataṃsaka*, the city deity Ratnanetra said to Sudhana: “One should guard the city of the mind, so as to transcend birth and death.”
