【伊沙那】《清涼疏》云：「此云長直，謂里巷徑永。表知三際故言長，表知勝義故言直。」

[Aiśāna] The *Qingliang shu* says: “Here it is translated as Long and Straight, referring to the lanes and paths being lengthy. Signifying knowledge of the three periods of time, it is said to be 'long'; signifying knowledge of ultimate truth, it is said to be 'straight'.”
