【羅闍】《大論》：「秦言垢。」《大品》云：「羅字門，一切法離垢故。」《華嚴》云：「唱多字門，入無邊差別門。」疏云：「彼經第二當囉字，是清淨無染離塵垢義。今云多者，應是譯人之誤。」

【Rajas】The Dàzhìdù lùn says: "In Qin, 'defilement'." The Large Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra states: "The letter-gate ra: because all dharmas are free from defilement." The Avataṃsaka Sūtra states: "Chanting the letter-gate da, one enters the gate of boundless distinctions." The Commentary states: "The second [letter] in that sūtra corresponds to the letter ra, which has the meaning of being pure, unstained, and free from defilements. The current reading of da is likely a translator's error."
