【和波陀】秦言語言。《大品》和字門，入諸法言語道斷。論云：「知一切法離語言相故。」《華嚴》唱縛字門，名普生安住。疏云：「悟一切法言語道斷故。」

[Vāgbaddha (vapada)] In the language of Qin, it means "speech." The syllable va door in the Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra is entering the severing of the path of speech for all dharmas. The Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa says: "Because one knows that all dharmas are free from the mark of speech." In the Avataṃsaka Sūtra, chanting the syllable va door is named "universally arising and resting at peace." The Commentary says: "Because one awakens to the path of speech being severed for all dharmas."
