晉泰元六年歲在辛巳六月二十五日。比丘竺曇無蘭。在楊州丹陽郡建康縣堺謝鎮西寺。合此三戒到七月十八日訖。故記之。

On the twenty-fifth day of the sixth month in the xinsi year, the sixth year of the Taiyuan era of the Jin dynasty (381 CE), the bhikṣu Zhu Tanwulan, at the Xie Zhenxi Monastery in the border of Jiankang County, Danyang Commandery, Yangzhou, collated these three precept texts, finishing on the eighteenth day of the seventh month. Therefore, it is recorded.
