沙門康孟詳西域人。有慧學之譽。以獻帝興平元年歲次甲戌。至建安四年歲次己卯。於洛陽譯。太子本起瑞應經（二卷）。興起行經（二卷）。梵網經（二卷）。舍利弗目連遊四衢經（一卷）。報福經（一卷）。四諦經（一卷）。凡六部合九卷。奕奕流便足騰玄趣。

The śramaṇa Kang Mengxiang was a man of the Western Regions. He enjoyed renown for his learning and wisdom. From the first year of Xingping of Emperor Xian, the year jiaxu [194 CE], to the fourth year of Jian'an, the year jimao [199 CE], he translated at Luoyang: the Taizi benqi ruiying jing (two fascicles), the Xingqixing jing (two fascicles), the Fanwang jing (two fascicles), the Shelifu mulian you siqu jing (one fascicle), the Baofu jing (one fascicle), and the Sidi jing (one fascicle); altogether six texts in nine fascicles. In an elegant and fluent style, he fully expressed the profound mysteries.
