自高祖神堯皇帝武德元年歲次戊寅。至開元神武皇帝開元十八年庚午之歲。兼天后代凡經一百一十三載。傳譯緇素已有三十七人。所出經律論及傳錄等。總三百一部二千一百七十卷（於中二百八十一部二千一百四十三卷見在一十部二十七卷訪本未獲）。

From the first year of the Wude era of Emperor Gaozu Shenyao, the wuyin year (618 CE), to the eighteenth year of the Kaiyuan era of Emperor Kaiyuan Shenwu, the gengwu year (730 CE), including the era of the Heavenly Empress (Wu Zetian), there was a total of 113 years. There have been thirty-seven translators, both clergy and laity. The sūtras, vinayas, śāstras, biographies, catalogues, etc., produced by them amount in total to 301 works in 2,170 fascicles. (Among them, 281 works in 2,143 fascicles are extant; for 10 works in 27 fascicles, searches for texts have not yet succeeded.)
