「大王！國土亂時，先鬼神亂，鬼神亂故萬民亂，賊來劫國，百姓亡喪。臣君太子王子百官共生是非，天地怪異，二十八宿、星道日月失時失度，多有賊起。

"Great King! When a state falls into chaos, the ghosts and spirits become chaotic first; because the ghosts and spirits are chaotic, the myriads of common people become chaotic; bandits come to pillage the realm, and the populace perishes. Ministers and sovereigns, crown princes, royal princes, and the hundred officials mutually generate disputes; strange prodigies occur in heaven and earth; the twenty-eight lunar mansions and the courses of the stars, sun, and moon lose their times and measures; and many bandits arise.
