2.12

"Great King! For the sixteen kings of the great states who cultivate the method for protecting the state, the method should be like this; you should uphold it. Sentient beings in the heavens, among humans, and throughout the six destinies should all uphold the names, phrases, and syllables of the seven buddhas. In future worlds, when immeasurable kings of small states wish to protect their realms, they too should act likewise: they should invite dharma masters to expound the prajñāpāramitā."
