"Good sons! This treasury of merits that you have now spoken is of great benefit to all sentient beings. Even if bodhisattvas of the tenth ground numbering as the sands of immeasurable Ganges Rivers were to speak of these merits, [their speech would be only] one hundred-thousand-millionth part, like a single drop in the ocean. The buddhas of the three times know it in accordance with reality, and all worthy and holy ones praise it. Therefore, I now briefly set forth a small fraction of the merits you have spoken.
