The lamp of wisdom is like the bright sun;
The aggregates and elements are like a gandharva city.
When light arrives, darkness instantly departs,
Without leisure to pause even for a moment.
While the deluded mind has not yet been extinguished,
One perceives the forms of self and other.
When wondrous wisdom illuminates with its perfect light,
There is obtained only the single name of emptiness.
Across three great asaṃkhyeya kalpas,
The myriad practices are cultivated completely in unison.
Having awakened to the absence of person and self,
One forever follows the stream of the noble path.
The twofold emptiness begins to be gradually realized;
One roams at will in samādhi.
Newly dwelling on the Pramuditā-bhūmi,
Constant joy pursues, forgetting all sorrow.
