The commentary says: "It clarifies that the nirmāṇakāyas of the Buddhas have functioning. Those dharmakāya Buddhas do not go and do not come." According to that explanation of the sūtra, if one says that the Tathāgata of the true body has coming, going, and so forth, he does not understand the meaning of what I have spoken. Yet that the transformation has functioning does not prevent coming and going for sentient beings to enjoy, thus resolving the previous doubt.
