1.101

經。我不作是念至阿羅漢　贊曰。此表自無心也。由離煩惱內證無為。不作是念。我能得相。欲令他人信無得說故。舉自身不作念也。

Sūtra: I do not generate this thought: ["I am an arhat free from desire."] / Commentary: This expresses his own lack of [conceited] mind. Because he is free from afflictions and internally realizes the unconditioned, he does not generate this thought: 'I am capable of attaining the mark.' Desiring to lead others to believe in the teaching of non-attainment, he adduces his own person as not generating the thought.
