經。善男子至降伏其心　贊曰。此正發起也。言如是者。指陳控引。我當為汝。委細宣說。如是注心。修行降伏。既為控引行所住文故。說此文為正發起。

Sūtra: “Good sons, … subdue their minds.”
Commentary: This properly initiates. The word “thus” indicates, points out, and introduces: “I shall expound it in fine detail for you; thus should you fix your minds, cultivate, and subdue.” Since it introduces the text on the abiding of practice, this passage is called properly initiating.
