能忍於苦行 以苦行有善
彼福不可量 如是最勝義
離我及恚相 實無於苦惱
共樂有慈悲 如是苦行果
"One who can endure ascetic practice, / Because ascetic practice has what is wholesome, / That merit is immeasurable, / Being like this, the supreme truth; / Free from marks of self and hatred, / In reality free from distress, / In shared joy there is compassion: / Such is the fruit of ascetic practice."
