2.84

頌初十句顯九種義釋經文。其後二句總結勸智。前中初句釋此經文。此勝功德。唯佛與佛乃能自覺云不可思。無可及勝。非彼聲聞菩薩所測名不可稱。以此功德無邊際故。是故偈言非餘者境界。

The first ten lines of the verse reveal nine meanings to explain the sūtra text. Its last two lines conclude by exhorting wisdom. In the former, the first line explains this sūtra text: this superior merit can only be self-realized by Buddha and Buddha, so it is called 'inconceivable.' It is unsurpassably superior and cannot be measured by those śrāvakas and bodhisattvas, so it is called 'inestimable.' Because this merit has no boundary, therefore the verse says: 'Not the realm of others.'
