Sūtra: “Those who generate [the aspiration for] anuttara-down to-bodhi.” / Commentary: This reveals what kind of person does not conceptualize. Those excluded here are ordinary beings, non-Buddhists, and practitioners of the two vehicles, both those in training and beyond training. In accordance with what applies, the two views are for them merely real existence, and they are not yet able to awaken and enter into the principle of the twofold emptiness. Only the bodhisattva possesses superior wisdom and energy and wishes to proceed toward bodhi, severing the two obstacles; therefore, they may be called those who do not conceptualize.
