經。爾時世尊至一切眾生　三明讚勸。時佛讚勸諸大將害汝等若念如來恩者當念饒益一切眾生。

Sūtra: 'At that time the World-Honoured One […] all sentient beings.' Third, this clarifies the praise and exhortation. At that time, the Buddha praised and exhorted the great generals: 'If you remember the grace of the Tathāgata, you should be mindful of benefiting all sentient beings.'
