Sūtra: “Or there are fears of water [...] all attain liberation.”
Part six: The perpetual extinguishing of calamities. The text is divided into two: first, encountering difficulties within one's own domain; second, encountering difficulties from another country. This is the first. Fears such as water and fire are difficulties involving insentient things. Malevolent beasts and the like are difficulties involving sentient beings. That is, due to recollecting that Tathāgata, they all attain liberation from all difficulties.
