經。決定不受三惡道報 四蒙救 謂由供養彼如來故。能令重業決定不受。
Sūtra: “They will definitely not receive the retribution of the three evil destinies.”
Fourth: Receiving rescue. That is, due to making offerings to that Tathāgata, heavy karma can definitely be prevented from being experienced as retribution.
