或有至極苦　八臨難蒙恩文分為三。一遇難。二稱名。三遂願。此則初也。諸謂女人臨難之時受於極苦。或喪身殞命等。

Sūtra: “Or there are [...] extreme suffering.”
Part eight: Receiving grace when facing calamity. The text is divided into three: first, encountering calamity; second, reciting the name; third, fulfilling one's wish. This is the first. That is, when women face calamity, they endure extreme suffering, or lose their lives, and so forth.
