經。若能至如來者 二稱名。謂勸諸女人等。臨危厄者。令至心念藥師如來。
Sūtra: “If they can [...] that Tathāgata.”
Second: Reciting the name. That is, exhorting women and others who face danger and distress to single-mindedly recite [the name of] Bhaiṣajyaguru Tathāgata.
