經。白言至啼泣圍繞　二明正請文分為四。一躬纏嬰疾。二使者追魂。三染淨授王。四隨業處斷。此則初也。

Sūtra: 'Addressed [the Buddha], saying... weeping and wailing around him.' Section 2: Clarifying the formal request. The text has four parts: 1. Personally bound by grave illness; 2. Emissaries pursuing the spirit; 3. Handing over defiled and pure [deeds] to the King; 4. Judgment according to karma. This is the first.
