經。救脫至九橫死耶　二通文分為二。一返質。二順成。此則初也。語阿難言。汝豈不聞。如來所說九橫死耶。

Sūtra: “Trāṇamukta […] nine untimely deaths?” / Second, the resolution. The text is divided into two parts: first, the counter-question; second, the affirmative explanation. This is the first part. He says to Ānanda: “Have you not heard the Tathāgata speak of the nine untimely deaths?”
