三釋文者。就中有四。一明天帝嘆經勸學。二佛言下如來印述。三天帝正使已下為明法深淺挍量顯勝。四佛告下引昔證成法供養勝也。

Third, explaining the text: within this there are four parts: first, the Lord of Devas praises the sūtra and encourages study; second, from 'The Buddha said...' below, the Tathāgata confirms and endorses it; third, from 'The Lord of Devas: Even if...' below, in order to clarify the depth of the Dharma, it evaluates and demonstrates its superiority; fourth, from 'The Buddha told...' below, citing the past to verify and establish that the offering of Dharma is superior.
