心行平等如虛空。孰聞人寶不敬承　三結釋也。肇曰。在天為天寶。在人為人寶。寶於人天者豈天人之所能故物莫不敬承也。

"His mental activity is equal like empty space; / Who, hearing of this jewel among humans, would not pay reverent homage?" The third concludes and explains. Sengzhao says: "Among devas, he is the deva-jewel; among humans, he is the human-jewel. Being a jewel to humans and devas, how could it be something of which humans and devas are capable? Therefore, none among beings fail to pay reverent homage."
