大智本行皆悉成就　二自行也。大智歎解本行歎行。肇曰。大智一切種智也。此智以六度六通眾行為本。諸大士已備此本行。

“Who had completely accomplished the fundamental practices of great wisdom”: Second, their self-cultivation. ‘Great wisdom’ praises their understanding; ‘fundamental practices’ praises their practice. Zhao says: “Great wisdom is the wisdom of all modes. This wisdom takes the six perfections, the six supernormal knowledges, and the multitude of practices as its foundation. The mahāsattvas have already perfected these fundamental practices.”
