弟子釋梵世主所敬　此十下人歸敬弟子聲聞也。釋帝釋也。梵梵王也。世護世四王也。主諸國主也。伏其首則群下從之。

"He was revered by disciples, Śakra, Brahmā, and world-rulers." The tenth is veneration by inferiors: 'disciples' are the śrāvakas; 'Śakra' is Lord Śakra; 'Brahmā' is King Brahmā; 'world[-rulers]' are the Four Kings who protect the world; 'rulers' are the kings of all states. When they bow their heads, the multitudes beneath them follow suit.
