眾人不請友而安之　此二歎護人。亦二。此先歎心也。肇曰。真友不待請。譬慈母之赴嬰兒也。

“Befriending and bringing peace to people unasked”: This second part praises their protection of people, and also has two sections; this first praises their intention. Zhao says: “A true friend does not wait to be asked, like a compassionate mother rushing to her infant.”
