是身不淨穢惡充滿　此下明緣事對治觀破思惟惑也。肇曰。三十六物充滿其體。此不淨想也。

"This body is impure, filled with filth and foulness." Here begins the explanation of the counteractive contemplation based on phenomenal matters to overcome affective afflictions. Sengzhao states: "The thirty-six impure substances fill its form; this is the perception of impurity."
