是身無作風力所轉　此破作者也。身隨業風巧拙異動無作者也。肇曰。舉動事為風力使。然誰作之者。

"This body has no agent, being turned by the power of the wind." This refutes an agent. The body moves in various skillful and clumsy ways following the wind of karma; there is no agent. Sengzhao states: "Bodily movements and activities are driven by the power of the wind; who could be their agent?"
