從三十七道品生從止觀生　三十七品如下。什曰。始觀時係心處名。止靜極則明。明則惠。惠名觀。

"It is born from the thirty-seven bodhipakṣa dharmas; it is born from serenity and insight." The thirty-seven dharmas are as detailed below. Kumārajīva states: "At the beginning of contemplation, fixing the mind in place is called serenity; when stillness reaches its utmost, it becomes bright; being bright, it is wisdom; wisdom is called insight."
