於諸見不動而修行三十七品。是為宴坐　五呵乖中起行失。肇曰。諸見六十二諸妄見也。夫以見為見者。要動捨諸見以修道品。大士觀諸見真性。即是道品故不近捨妄見而遠修道品也。如小乘觀身不淨破淨倒名見動。大士觀身性空非垢非淨名為不動。念處既爾。餘品例然。

"'Without wavering from the various views, practicing the thirty-seven factors [of awakening]: this is quiet meditation.'" Fifth, reprimanding the fault of going against the Middle and giving rise to practice. [Seng]zhao said: "The various views are the sixty-two false views. Those who take views to be views must necessarily waver and abandon the various views to cultivate the bodhipakṣa dharmas. The mahāsattva contemplates the true nature of the various views: it is precisely the bodhipakṣa dharmas; therefore, he does not discard false views close at hand to cultivate the bodhipakṣa dharmas afar. As in the Hīnayāna's contemplating the body as impure to break the inverted view of purity, this is called 'views wavering.' The mahāsattva contemplates the body's nature as empty, neither defiled nor pure, which is called 'unwavering.' The stations of mindfulness being such, the remaining factors are analogous."
