夫說法者當如法說　此示是真也。文二。初理本無說。二示說方軌前中。又三標釋結也。此初標也。肇曰。法謂一相真實法也。

"'As for one who expounds the Dharma, one should expound in accord with the Dharma.'" This shows what is true. The text has two parts: first, the principle fundamentally has no expounding; second, showing the rule for expounding. In the first part, there are again three: stating, explaining, and concluding. This is the first, stating. [Seng]zhao said: "'Dharma' refers to the real Dharma of the single mark."
