無擾亂內懷喜　肇曰。夫擾亂出于多求。憂苦生于不足。出家宣欲擾亂斯無。道法內充故懷喜有餘。

"Without disturbance, inwardly cherishing joy." / Sengzhao says: Disturbance arises from seeking much; sorrow and suffering are born from insufficiency. Leaving household life dispels desire, so disturbances are absent. The Dharma of the Way fills one internally; hence one cherishes joy in abundance.
