我言。居士世尊身小有疾。當用牛乳。故來至此　二答如來為物受生有疾用乳。阿難侍佛故行求乞。

"I said: 'Householder, the World-Honoured One's body is slightly indisposed, and cows' milk is needed; therefore I have come here.'" / Second, replying that the Tathāgata takes birth for the sake of beings, has an illness, and needs milk; since Ānanda attends the Buddha, he went to beg.
