無所分別。等于大悲不求果報。是則名為具足法施也　二無相等也。肇曰。若能齊尊卑一行報以平等悲而為施者。乃具足法施耳　城中一最下乞人見是神力聞其所說。皆發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心　此四得益也。

"Without discrimination, equal to great compassion, seeking no karmic reward—this is called being fully endowed with the Dharma-gift." This is the second: signless equality. Zhao says: If one can equalize the honored and the lowly, unify practice and reward, and give with equal compassion, only then is one fully endowed with the Dharma-gift. "The lowliest beggars in the city, seeing this divine power and hearing what was expounded, all aroused the thought of anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi." This fourth is their attaining benefit.
