慈悲心為女 肇曰。慈悲之情像女人性故以為女。生曰。慈悲以外適為用有女義焉。
"The mind of loving-kindness and compassion is the daughter." Zhao says: "The sentiments of loving-kindness and compassion resemble a woman's nature, hence they are taken as the daughter." [Dao]sheng says: "Loving-kindness and compassion have the function of reaching out to external beings, so they possess the sense of a daughter."
