答曰。以無分別空故空　肇曰。智之生也。起於分別而諸法無相故。智無分別即智空也。諸法無相即法空也。智不分別於法即有智空也。豈別有智假之以空法乎。

"[Vimalakīrti] replied: 'Because it is empty through non-conceptual emptiness, it is empty'"—Sengzhao says: "The arising of wisdom emerges from conceptual discrimination; yet all dharmas are without marks, so when wisdom is non-conceptual, that is the emptiness of wisdom. All dharmas being without marks is the emptiness of dharmas. When wisdom does not discriminate dharmas, there is the emptiness of wisdom. Could there be a separate wisdom relied upon to empty dharmas?"
