若聞是經隨喜者。斯人則為取一切智　千里之行難於發足。一切智果始於隨喜。既能喜之必當剋證。

'If, hearing this sūtra, one rejoices in accord, this person has apprehended all-knowledge.' A journey of a thousand leagues is difficult at its first step; the fruit of all-knowledge begins with sympathetic joy. Since one can rejoice in it, one is bound to attain realization.
