2.517

順因緣法。無我無人無眾生無壽命。空無相無作無起　此四證真行也。謂順因緣悟真理也。無我等我空也。空無相等法空也。肇曰。法從因緣生。生則無自性。無自性則無主。無主則無我。人眾生壽命唯空無相無作無起。此深經之所順也。

"'According with the dharma of conditioned arising: no self, no person, no sentient being, no life-span; emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, non-arising.'" / This fourth is the practice of realizing reality, which means according with conditioned arising and awakening to the true principle. "No self," and so forth, is the emptiness of the self; "emptiness, signlessness," and so forth, is the emptiness of phenomena. / Sengzhao says: "Phenomena arise from causes and conditions; what arises has no self-nature. Lacking self-nature, there is no master; lacking a master, there is no self, person, sentient being, or life-span; there is only emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and non-arising. This is what the profound sūtras accord with."
