勿生憂苦常起精進　此二息憂以進道也。生曰。因病至懈。懈乃喻生。其憂勤與命覺恒患不至。豈復容惱哉。

"Do not give rise to grief and distress; constantly generate vigor." This is the second, putting an end to grief to advance on the path. [Dao]sheng says: "Due to illness, laxity arrives; when laxity arises, grief is consoled. Diligence and awareness of life constantly fear not arriving; how could there still be room for affliction?"
