當作醫王療治眾病　此三勸求大果以廣濟也。肇曰。當為大法醫王療治群生之疾。自疾可足憂乎。

"One should act as a king of physicians to treat all illnesses." This is the third, encouraging them to seek the great fruit to broadly rescue [others]. [Seng]zhao says: "One should become a great king of Dharma-physicians to heal the illnesses of the multitude of beings; is one's own illness worthy of grief?"
